  1. I have four months until I graduate with a Master's degree and begin my career. I've spent almost 18 years of my life in school. The exercises you recommend in this videp have prompted me to take a step back and reflect on my accomplishments and overall worth as a person. Thanks for practical and phenomenal advice! 😊

  2. 1. Keep a list of all the things you've accomplished
    2. Remember your horizons from one, five, ten years ago
    3. Write a really long email to someone to catch up
    4. Write down things that you're proud of that have nothing to do with your work
    5. Remember things that used to impress you in a guy/girl (and see how those standards have evolved, meaning so have you)

  3. In my job about 4 months in there was a major restructure and my my manager lost his job. Even though I was responsible to the team leader (who is now my amazing manager) I realised after he left much of my imposters syndrome was a result of him being a bad boss and I have since become really confident in my role (even easily taking up an unofficial team leader responsibility). It’s important to analyse if other people are making you feel like shit

  4. Yes, keeping a list of all the things you've accomplished will help you realize what you have become and achieved in your skills, in your career, and as a person. I have also made a video about how to treat imposter syndrome on my channel. If you want to learn more about Imposter syndrome or imposter phenomenon.

  5. My male partner used to think sexy was more "physical attraction and or sluttyness" now he views it as Independence and more useful adult skills. It doesn't have to be gendered, is what I'm saying 😛

  6. I feel awkward sometimes how these videos are tailored for women yet how helpful they can be in my own life lol. Great job ladies awesome channel

  7. my tears. this is exactly how I feel right now. 🙁 Im so glad this popped out of my feed. ive been a long time follower of tfd but I havent seen this and this is coming in just when I needed it. thank you so much for this video :'(

  8. I really needed this video! I recently got promoted to a position that I recently majored in and feel so clueless. It took me about 2 weeks to finally calm my nerves enough to learn because I felt like I was failing so hard but now I see that I was looking at how well the girl before me did the job and wasn't taking in consideration that I recently graduated and was new to the field. Also, I was only looking at my work life and not my regular life.

  9. i like the perspective and content on your channel 🙂 i already know about the imposter syndrome but the way you guys presented the video and the tips you gave were new and super useful!

  10. Dear Chelsea, I'd love to hear more about this yearly retreat you organize. Article? Video? How do you work the finances for something like that? It sounds amazing; I'd love to try to organize something like that one day for friends. #goals

  11. I taught art classes ,a series of ten weeks . I always asked the students to keep there first efforts to compare with their last week, because their expectations alway rose and their self judgment rose to. Good topic as always

  12. I love this video in so many ways! Thank you so much for posting, watching it made me feel very good about everything (trust me, I needed this today) and with truly actionable items <3
