What? Is that a typo? I’m not sure if Linkedin changed it’s algorithm or what, but from last month’s 100,000 open jobs, the total is now around 217,000(!)
The demand for people with this skillset continues to grow, and the pool of skilled workers remains small. God bless higher education, even the most expensive universities do not teach digital marketing the right way.
That means the barrier for entry remains lower than in other fields, and it’s how I show my students to stand out and blow hiring managers away and get hired for jobs that say ” 3 years experience required.”
The video is a little longer than normal so I could go over more jobs and show you how to decipher these postings. Don’t ever be discouraged by degree ot years required – these companies need people, and it puts you in a powerful position if you have the skills.
